Description

This is our longest tour, and is intended to provide the best experience for those who want to make the most of their day.

There are many things to do in Montserrat and our full day tour gives our guests an entire morning to immerse themselves in the wonders of this unique place. 

Extended free time of up to 2.5 hours will be given after Castlexperience's standard one-hour guided tour of the monastery grounds. The breathtaking landscape, the viewpoints and hiking trails, the immense basilica, the Moreneta, the farmers' food stalls, farmers' food stalls.... There is so much to do!

Lunch in a local restaurant is a must after a morning as satisfying as this one. We also believe that enjoying the gastronomy and wine of a region is a good way to get in touch with its traditions and culture. A full seasonal meal with seasonal wine with wine, and the group will love to hear all the stories and anecdotes that their local guide has prepared for them.

There is only one way to end this day, and that is by visiting one of our local wine producers. Whether in DO Penedès or DO Pla de Bages, we will take our guests to a wonderful winery where they can learn about our traditions and our history. • The appointment is strictly at 08:30 for a punctual departure.
• The tour is conducted exclusively in English.
• No reimbursement for delays or no-shows.
• The group size is a maximum of 16 people. We reserve the right to extend the limit to 18.
• Transport will be shared with other groups.
• Please contact us before booking if you have reduced mobility. We will do our best to accommodate you.
• Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended, as there is some walking involved.
• Temperatures in Montserrat and in the cellar are usually more extreme than in the city. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
• We take into account any allergies or dietary restrictions.
