Cancellation

Read this information carefully:

Cancel your reservation up to 24 HOURS before departure for a full refund.
The tickets to the monuments, in activities where they are included, are not refundable in any case.
For tailor made tours, private tours and day trips, the following policy will always apply:
- If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel within the previous 2 calendar days, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Description

Granada is full of unique beauty: get to know the city and soak up its culture, architecture and history. We will visit the impressive Alhambra, a fortress built in the 9th century that later became a royal residence.

We will stroll through the Albayzin and Sacromonte neighborhoods, two fascinating Muslim quarters of the city. The Albayzin is considered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Granada, known for its cobblestones and medieval style. In Sacromonte, you will see the traditional houses in the caves historically inhabited by gypsies.

Walking is undoubtedly the best way to explore all the nooks and crannies of the labyrinthine structure of these neighborhoods. Let your tour guide surprise you with historical information, legends and artistic details for an unforgettable day.

Pancho Tours will not refund any costs in case customers don't arrive on time.
We will need your passport / ID details to book your Alhambra tickets. Please, provide us with it in the notes at the moment of the reservation (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, gender, number of passport / ID of each person). You will need to bring your passport / ID in the day of the tour and show it at the entrance of the monument.
Please make sure to write your email address correctly when making your booking.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email: please print it or show it on your smartphone to the guide.
