Cancellation

Cancel your reservation up to 24 HOURS before departure for a full refund.
The tickets to the monuments, in activities where they are included, are not refundable in any case.
For tailor made tours, private tours and day trips, the following policy will always apply:
- If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel within the previous 2 calendar days, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Alhambra is the second most visited monument in Spain. You'll skip the queue to get into it, and you'll explore also Generalife, Nazaries Palaces, Alcazaba and its unique gardens. Many styles in one place: Arab, mudejar, neo-mudejar, neo-classic.

Also, let our expert guides lead you throughout Albaycin, the neighborhood of Granada built on two hills, from which you will have the best view to Alhambra and to the whole city.

Our day trips are done in small groups (maximum 8 ppl), and are the best way to enjoy Andalucía.

We will need your passport / ID details to book your Alhambra tickets, please write them in the notes at the moment of the reservation (name, surname, number of passport / ID, date of birthday, nationality, gender of each person). You will need to bring your passport / ID in the day of the tour and show it in the entrance to Alhambra. Please note this is a request from the monument.
It is important that you entry your email address correctly when realizing the booking
You will receive an automatic email with the voucher. Please print it or present it on your smartphone to the guide.
