    What to bring

    GORETEX type membrane boots recommended, if you don't have them take dry spare shoes that will stay in the car, socks on and a spare pair of socks.

    Underwear ends, mountain trousers, short sleeve t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket and cold jacket or mackintosh, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm, wool cap.

    *Remember your small, comfortable backpack for your drinks and food, and bring any extra clothes.
