Cancellation

Read this information carefully:

Cancel your reservation up to 24 HOURS before departure for a full refund.
The tickets to the monuments, in activities where they are included, are not refundable in any case.
For tailor made tours, private tours and day trips, the following policy will always apply:
- If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel within the previous 2 calendar days, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

We will need your passport / ID details to book your Alhambra tickets, please, write them in the notes at the moment of the reservation (name, surname, number of passport / ID, date of birthday, nationality, sex of each person). You will need to bring your passport / ID in the day of the tour and show it in the entrance to Alhambra.
Pancho Tours will not refund any costs in case customers don't arrive on time.
